Too bad service no tv no towel no soap

The food was bland and the service was poor the rooms ambient lighting was dull.some of the foods were unavailable the only good thing about this place is drinks and there's a TV for IPL. Also the hotel is located in an unusual place similar to that of bar.

Pathetic service and worse experience ever.Took a room and after couple of hours AC stopped working and whole night it did not work and room started boiling due to heat. Whole night could not sleep then complained early morning at reception. No body came to check . When called again after 20 minutes the manager SHOUTING if AC is not working it is not his fault and instructing if I want to stay then stay or leave .
