Hotel Suprabhatam - Hotel in Gangtok, East Sikkim, Gangtok - East District, India

This is the worst hotel in Gangtok.. i request you not go to this hotel.....the manager is the worst here ... My father was talking politely and he started shouting.....this hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Worst behaviour from the management and staff. Expensive food and not worth it. Bathroom also unhygienic. Water heater are turned off very frequently, have to request them to turn on. Wont recommend anyone.

Too much bad hotel.Their behaviour and service is too bad.The room is not also cleaned properly. Manager and other staffs behaviour is too much bad.They cheat with everyone.

The service was very good. The staffs were very friendly and always with smiling faces. The food was simple & delicious. And last but not the least the view from the balcony was just amazing. It is a very nice place to enjoy with your family or friends.

Worst manger n hotel I have ever seen in life........they will talk nicely first n then give u. Worst package ...cheaters...very Worst behavior

Worst service Dont go it is a scam plan the hotel , travel , agency are both frauds and gangtok is known for tourism but these frauds are not even maintaining basic behaviour the place it self not good and if we go on a taxi and the drivers are drunken guys be aware

This a bad hotel of worse behaviour manager don't book this and don't spoil you holidays at Gangtak, they are taking commission from other tour and travel. They change the trip by telling lie and tell of more money

The room was good and food was okay, however, the manager's attitude wasn't customer friendly. He was rude and not at all a professional. We had to face electricity and water problems. He didn't have any alternatives. Customer delight totally missing. One goes on vacation to relax However we had to worry about water and electricity. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Beware, the owner himself has given five star and posted reviews.
