HOTEL SUPER INN - Hotel in Sudhowala - Dehradun, India

The guy at the reception is not very cooperative. Most of all, I was very unsure to leave my luggage at the hotel room. The receptionist there would eyeball me every time I passed through the reception area. He was very rude, impolite and even caused us trouble in claiming our booked room. He told us that rooms are already full. Kindly take proper actions against such members of your hotel or these people won't take much longer to defame the hotel's image.

Its located in the sudhowala main chowk......u can book this hotel from oyo......none of hotel in sudhowala is as good as this hotel......I got ac room for only 1100 rs.......rooms are so clean.....bathrooms are also so good......and have all the accesories, a modern bathroom actually need.......it has its own restaurent.........foods are also delicious....though foods are a little bit expensive........

I want to rate -5 stars for this property. The person on reception is very arrogant, liar and made me feel unsafe.

Food is very good. Service is ok. Rooms are good. Water problem is sometimes there.

This person feels me unsafe in his hotel when I went to check inn. And he don't know how to talk to his customers.

Bad hotel infra. But rooms are good. Full of couples.
