Stay was good. Rooms and bathroom are clean and it has lot of open space near to the room. It helped to enjoy the cool sea Breeze and made the stay more memorable. If they would maintain the open space clean it would be really great
I have stayed here for two days. Positives: 1. The terrace on the 2nd floor was a good place to chill with mild air. 2. The RO Water was good. 3. The travel arrangements were good and the driver was very friendly. Negatives: 1. Some of the room toilets was very small and not maintained properly. 2. The lighting was not enough, making the room look dull. 3. The conditions of the accessories like TV and AC remote were not good. 4. The switch boards are not properly maintained, the some plug point was not working.
Here online the rooms are showing available, when we called the hotel several times first they didn't answer then they answered once and said no rooms available and disconnected the call without asking any further questions.They didn't even ask which day we need the booking for or for how many people or how many rooms. Very disappointing behaviour.
Rates are cheap...but the rooms are small in size.... room service is not there during check-in while showing the room they came, but after that they didn't even bother.... recommend this to those who need a budget stay...
The rooms smelled really bad, no ventilation at all, the surrounding was not apt for staying, near beach, would pick some other hotel next time
This place was just like a lodge and not worth the money we pay. When I called up the property for stay, they said it's 1500rs for AC room. I checked goibibo and booked the room for 1250rs and there was some error in the booking. When I went there, they charged me 500rs more for the room. The room which they provided me first was dirty with water dripping from wash basin and they have just put the floor mat to cover it. It was wet and dirty. Bathrooms were unclean. When complained, with so much hesitation they gave me 2nd room. In the 2nd room the tv was not working and also the closet in the bathroom were leaking. I again have to raise a complaint and the manager spoke very rudely and the service was pathetic. They just treat people like they give free rooms. And they gave us 3rd room where AC remote was not working properly and we were really tired with kids and adjusted for the night. Pathetic stay and will never recommend this property to anyone. Service is nil, cleanliness is nil and it's not a hotel but simply a lodge.
The location is good but they don't have room service facility. You need to go out and eat. The staffs here are oversmart they will ask for tip without doing any service
Lift facilities available here.. rooms are neet and clean.. Drinking water (Ro) available in every floor..bike parking is safe..car parking is little bit congested near the hotel..it takes 5 to 10 mins(~400 mtrs) to reach the beach view.. moreover there is balcony on the 1st floor..kids can play over there..
