We stayed only one night. Just a budget hotel. Didn't get hot water for bath. Receptionist asked to keep the tap open for 15 minutes. Still hot water not came. What a waste of water? Bath towels were very old and not feeling hygiene.
I checked in late night yesterday. The room is so small, too noisy, shower broken and AC not cold enough. At 2am the hotel clearing debris from the renovation until 3.30am and we couldn't sleep with the loud throwing things noises. Overall we regret booking this hotel.
The furniture was broken, the wash room was not in good condition, AC remote was not working, direct AC line. But the most irritating thing was the BED, they attached two single beds to make a double bed, but the gap between the two beds was so big that no one could sleep there..& the price is a bit high..we paid 2500 rupees Per night for this room..(we were in room 305)..
It was an amazing experience at hotel sunstar grand Staff was very good food was amazing and the best part is the room service of the hotel was my best experience. Location is near the main market and metro station. Room was well decorated.

My stay was pleasant. I returned 3 times. First room was mediocre. 2nd room was excellent. 3rd room was very disappointing. However the staff were very accommodated for all the shortfalls. Been there for 8 days and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was as shown in the pictures. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and it was good. It's 500m from the metro station. The staff were polite and friendly. The cleanliness of the room and the bed is satisfactory. Toilets were neat. Cons: A window would be better, maybe the room I've stayed in didn't have it.
