They charged 4k a night for their best room. They have a glass door in their bathroom, with discarted curtain and bad odour. Refrigerator was plugged off with bad smell everywhere. They don't have blanket cover that means every guest is using the used blanket. I found the sheets were also not very clean ( not sure that they use a fresh sheet for a new guest everytime ). Hotel was packed on Aug 12). They don't keep RO water, means you will have to buy bottled water only. I would never go there and would not recommend anybody.
Good hotel to stay but restaurant my God we waited 1.45 minutes they served us only masala papad Then we left and went to onother restaurant.....
In whole ringus this hotel is worst hotel . They not treated the customer so well. And they are so unhygenic. The water supply is very poor as well as food is worst. Plzz never ever come to this hotel. If u say something to staff they started arguing with u and start fighting. They are all time mf
Property is ok but they have arrogant staff specially a lady at reaction and please make sure they give you the room you see because show you there other rooms and will give you rooms you didn't see food is not good please do visit sawamani hotel and restaurant best food in khatu
Location is ok.service is not good.very slow . According to rates no complimentary towels kits and tea and coffee.overall experience is not good wifi is not available.try to improve your efforts

The service is way too pathetic..chaos was all over have to pay extra for every service you want to avail...even hot shower you have to pay extra.
