Hotel Sunshine Palace - Hotel in Chotila - Surendranagar, India

The hotel is very nicely built. It's within 10 minutes walking distance from Chotila temple entrance gate. Staff very good.

It's within 10 minutes walking distance from Chotila temple entrance gate.2) It is perfect for those travelers who prefer clicking pictures all the time.3) Rooms are Spacious & Clean.4) A restaurant is there which serves tasty food at budget rates.but there are some flaws too..like room service is very slow & we have to ask for little things everytime.for example, 1) Toiletries were not provided,2) TV set top box was not showing any channels, even after the complaint they recharged it after 2 hours.3) No dustbin in rooms, I mean should a traveller ask for it?4) AC was not working properly.5) No welcome drink, I mean I didn't expect it but it is mentioned in the goibibo app.6) During check in & check out no body helped to pick up our luggage.7)Even they provided a mineral water bottle after asking.so basically if a good looking property wants a satisfied customer then it has to work on its services

The hotel looks like a haveli from outside, inside the rooms are ok. Its like a Dharamshala where u will get a bed and a small table in the entire room, that's it. So don't expect like a hotel hotel experience.. Just stay overnight take the darshan.. And check out... But yes.. I must say.. The place is clean. Parking area is good for vehicles.

Pluses: Economical at Rs 1000 per night. Fairly clean rooms, bathroom. Large rooms. Air-conditioned rooms. Close to the temple, about 1.5 km. Minuses: No hot water. (Heater is provided on demand.) Better carry your own bedsheets. No health faucet in toilets!

Hospitality was good from the start till the end. The facilities in this hotel are very satisfactory. Hotel has a pleasant ambience. Hotel's Architecture was astonishing. Local guidance has been given by the receptionist which was very helpful during local trips.

Best hotel for overnight stay. They don't provide food and drinks but it can be neglected. Rooms are too spacious and cleanliness is also good.

A Budget friendly hotel On chotila High way.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are helpful and generous. I will always visit this property in future.
