Hotel Sunshine - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Disclaimer: Personal experience. Had booked non-AC double bed room for 2 nights and totally satisfied with the service. Room is sufficient enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. They do have 24hrs hot water service and wifi facility. Response to owner comment: May be my review was wrongly understood. Person at reception had told us it has 24hrs hot water facility and that was actually we needed it for our kid during our stay. Thanks for all the services provided to us.

Beware Guys, Please don't go to this hotel after calling and getting confirmation with rates. There is a guy who is manager and calls himself owner of the property, I called him and he confirmed us a rate for 02 rooms. We reached at the hotel and asked for check in. I was told by receptionist that the manager has gone out and will be back in sometime. I requested him for check in for the quoted on call. However, he said we don't do booking on this amount and make us waited for manager to come. Manager came and he also said that he hasn't received any call and quoted higher price. When we told that this is very unprofessional and you are lying then he says I always have recordings for calls and history. Then to surprise of us he has deleted all history and told the price is this, if you want then check in, else go. Just to mention I have a baby and the experience was traumatic. When we tried to tell other guests there then they started misbehaving with us.

Not a safe place for family to go since the staff and management is very unprofessional. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. We booked rooms by calling on registered phone. However, reaching the hotel, they denied the booking and charging higher rates as promised over phone. When we told that this is very unprofessional then manager and staff was behaving rudely, and it was like they will hit us. Just to mention we have a baby with us nd the experience was traumatic. Not a safe place for family.

Staff behaviour is very bad. Hotel authority pressure me room rent 3days provide their but I stay 2night. Cheating hotel. I suggest that anyone no book this hotel.

Room, service, rates, ambience everything is upto the mark. I loved this hotel. The area where the hotel is located is a bit backward and dirty. But the hotel is very good. st joseph cathedral is 50 meters from here. Dinning is not available here.

The staff were great, they tried to help even though they didn't speak my language. Rooms were are very good. I just have one problem and that is that they don't serve food at night so we had to order food for dinner. But still I had a good time!

Appeal : Kindly look at the negative reviews, how badly they put the entire blame on customer. Don't book this hotel even if it's your last option... Better to sleep on road as the management is full of crooks and frauds. The manager of the hotel is a crook. He confirmed less price on call and upon reaching the reception the increased the price and deleted their call history to go back on their word (we do have the call history on our mobile). Edit 1: Calling someone crook, liar and fraud is not abusive, let me refresh your vocabulary. We never even once abused anyone(for god's sake, we had a baby with us, have some shame before resorting to lies of such magnitude). Neither did I spoke rudely to anyone. When I showed our call logs, showing a 2+ min conversation with us, you yourself started using harsh language and started abusing in kannada, to which I had to remind you to talk in English. For your kind information we recorded that conversation if you would like that to be posted on social media. Regarding booking and amount deposit, we were asked to directly come to hotel as we were already enroute to mysore and were only 30 mins away. It seems, after going through your review history, every negative review has been shot down by you and you blamed the customers entirely.

Very good experience we got in Hotel sunshine and Staff and Room service was good and hygiene Thank u sunshine we refer our friends and relatives.
