Hotel Sunset Inn Mount Abu With Swimming Pool - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

This hotel was quite let down even though it is in one of the best locations in Mt Abu. Rooms were in pathetic condition and we had to struggle a lot to get better rooms. Bath room was in pathetic condition and the maintenance was near to zero. There was a foul smell of kerosene in the room, might be due to paint work happening in other rooms. AC was quite noisy and bedding was not clean, we could hardly spend a night and we moved out next day. Restaurant was a saviour though, with some good and tasty dishes. It was an overall forgettable experience and would not recommend to anyone.

We came for a school trip from bikaner. Our bus drivers were having dinner at night and the rude and discriminative staff ordered them to go out as they were drivers and they made our drivers run from the hotel. Toilets are in worst conditions. Food is ok ok.

The room and atmosphere of hotel is good but I don't like staff when I call for price they told different price and when I get there they told the different price with extra GST. The pool is not so big also.

Recently visited the hotel for a 2 day stay and had one of the most underwhelming experience considering the tariff, as the rooms were not upto the mark, hadn't been maintained properly, there were leakages in the room air conditioning, the air conditioning weren't working in one of out rooms, the bathroom had leaky taps, and were running throughout, the doors were jammed, unable to unlock the door from the outside, linen not washed properly and old and dirty, flush tanks not working. Even things such as door mats were not upto the standards. The service was also okay. The food was limited, yet delicious.

Terrible experience.. staff " Nugsingh Bhati" the receptionist was very unsupportive and unprofessional. Rooms and toilets were in very bad condition. Unsafe for family, mostly guests are batchelors with intention of drink only Not worth to spend even 500rs for room rent.

Good housekeeping and service staff. The Restaurant they had served good food.

The sunset in is the worst hotel in the MOUNT ABU. gone for a business trip on the behalf of our company and team but the staff was worst. There was no service at all in the hotel and the receptionist "NAG SINGH RATHORE" was drunk and misbehaving with all clients. Worst experience....

Worst hotel ever.. we reserved two rooms and in both rooms there were bed bugs.. we literally saw bugs roaming on the bed. Upon complaining, reception rudely replied that they can't do anything. Except location, worst stay. Couldn't click bed bugs pictures but it's true.
