Hotel Sunrise - Hotel in Ambala Cantt - Ambala, India

Very Nice budget hotel. I could have give 4 star for service but lift is not here and stairs are very steep.

This lodge is located near to bus stand and railway station and this is only one positive point. Rooms are very tiny and not clean. AC is also not working properly. Forget about room service. It's useful for couples and those who want to stay near bus / railway station for a single night.

Dirty and broken,poor room but the janitor doesn't clean the floor but the bathroom is extremely Disgusting and smelly but the toilet is too dirty and the wall painting is mess and missing but for these useful tip for family, couple,one person who going near railway station or bus stand so I was giving 2 star but great service

Nearby Ambala Cantt Railway station..Plenty of mosquitos..they provided mosquito repellent but was of no use...bedsheet in such conditions that you will find smudges all over the bedsheet ..blankets provided with filthy smell like some has peed or pour something over it.........No water to drink in hotel as you have to purchase it everytime from outside..no food in hotel but lots of Dhaba nearby.. Main disgusting thing about is their staff behavior..none of them will speak to you normally....they are like doing favors by giving us rooms...Pathetic behavior..not friendly for family stay..not recommended at all..

The hotel offers baaic services, standing at a great location. Located at an walking distance from the Ambala Cantt. Railway Station and close to the bus stand. Good for a night stay. Ample etaries nearby. Regarding services, things are available on request, like, in an AC room, the switching on or off the room AC room needs you to call the front desk. You need to call for powering on the geyser. Staff are polite and well behaved. Food - not tasted. Safety - I feel safe for family. Safe budget stay. Well-behaved and helpful staff. Rooms are clean but a bit small. Bathroom was small but clean. Window overlooks the Ambala Cantt bus stop, it is well airy and even, the name Sunrise is complied well as you can really see from your window the sun to rise. Seevice could have been better at the price tag.

Good only if you are going to stay with your friends (not family). Don't expect anything more than saving money from this Hotel. Religious 'Dharamshala'(s) might be much cleaner and obviously are cheaper than this hotel. Room service are not good even rooms are unclean.

Negative is what I want to give. Room was not in good condition, smelling like hell, bedsheet is like not washed from years, same as with pillows, staff was averagely cooperative. Main thing is that rooms were smelling very bad and are not clean. There was no provision for natural light or natural air so that's why they were stinking. They showed 2 rooms initially both were hell bad, smelling like not opened from years. Then I said that I'm not going to take any of this then they gave me 1 level less pathetic room. I'll never recommend this hotel which look amazing from outside and is hell inside.
