My recent hotel stay was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location provided easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to others.

Very bad experience..kindly avoid this hotel...The staff is very rude and impolite..they themselves don't want the customer to come there. Many other good hotel are there in aluva.
They charge on a basis of 24 hours from the time of check in. This is good because in other hotels we havebto check out at 12 otherwise have to pay for second day. Sunny's also provide one hour rent basis for rs300. Parking is a little difficult bcs front area is slope and one vehicle is parked behind another. They dnt provide bottle water in room but kept a common water tap near reception. Many restaurants are available around. Very close to metro station.
Very good service. Mr.karthik receptionist received us very well. We being from other state helped us and guided in all means .

very rude and impolite behaviour at reception. It was late at night and I didn't want to search other hotels at that time , so i took a room. They said that AC rooms are not available, So i took a suit room for Rs. 2070 . I don't know why they call it a suit room. Very local setup. When i complained about AC at the reception he repeated his rude behaviour. Only good thing is it's near metro. I will never recommend this hotel. Actually people at reception don't want customers. Their behaviour will be like : "my attitude will be like this only, if you can't tolerate you can leave"
I think people at reception are angry with their owner. Such an unfriendly reception.
It was nice stay. All the staffs and management are so cordial and welcoming. For a short stay it is preferable. Rooms are small but for the price it is worthy.
