HOTEL SUNLIGHT - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

The Hotel was good in structure and Looks good but the services are like hell not satisfied by this at this much rate of 1200 only got Mineral Water, No Tea /Coffee. Even Ac were not working properly, Bathing Tap were not Good as lesser water was observed. The room were not neat and clean. They are just doing there business but not providing the facility for the amount which Customer pays.

Value for money budget hotel. Like a lot of hotel owners they also have issues with Oyo and therefore may not accept online booking. The rooms are large and clean. The internet connectivity could be improved in some rooms. Also lift may not work in case of power failure.

Average Or Hot water Issue & AC Not Working Properly

Nice Budget Hotel Stayed 2 nights in the hotel and kept whole day my luggage for the next day as I need to travel in the evening. Pros: Easily available and reachable too Extra mattress availble for extra occupancy Nice and clean rooms Transport convenience Under budget Cons: Bed mattress needs improvement.

My stay here was good and pleasant. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious. The owner of the hotel is also very well spoken and helpful. Overall a very good stay.

It was a very valuable hotel with nearly all the facilities.. Good service , free wifi ,lift facility and with bar and hotel inside it All furniture is well maintained with wardrobe to keep clothes and important accessories and situated at the main place of the city with windows near all the round view of the whole city Overall it's a very good place to stay at a valuable price point.

We stayed in Rooms number 301 & 302. This is by far my worst expereince of hotel stay. First saw a good deal on Oyo so went there to see the rooms. The manager informed that if you book via Oyo we'll smaller rooms and I saw those rooms were stinky. So paid him double the amount for bigger rooms. Now we experienced the worst hospitality ever. Dirty linen, dirty towels, AC faulty with major spark issue which could have been hazardous, Bathrooms were super stinky, Intercom phones were not working, Is this what Oyo has become now, is this the kind of service we should expect in 2018. I believe this is lowest level of hospitality ever. Seriously these kind of poeple tarnish Indore's image. Also what is OYO doing providing auch pathetic properties. Oyo with such rooms you can never be trusted!!

Hotel location is fine but if you have booked using Oyo or any other online then this hotel owner will not accept that booking and he will charge as per his rate list. Also the lift was not working , blanket was not clean. So if you stuck in Indore and there are no other options then it's ok for night stay else avoid this hotel.
