Hotel Sunbird - Hotel in Bharatpur - Bharatpur, India

Very good experience with the stay here. The food was good, the rooms were good but the best and most important part was the level of hospitality. They were super accommodating with all our needs. They even packed the breakfast when we were leaving for the park early in the morning for each of us individually at 6am. The managers were always smiling and making prompt decisions to help up. The food in the restaurant was also great, we tried a few things. It's also walking distance from the bird sanctuary entrance. Very green and full of trees. All in all a great experience

UNMATCHED hospitality. Everybody was very helpful - Owner ,Manager and staff .Their guidance heped us alot in exploring the place. Location of the hotel is very good and food delicious. Situated very close to the bird century and rickshaws are available just outside the hotel at the same rate as fixed by the bird century authorities.

Pros: Very nice, comfortable rooms. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. Ample parking space for 4W. Very close the bird sanctuary. Lot of rickshaws available just at the entrance to tour the bird sanctuary. Cons: Some rooms are very small. Check the size before booking, they are very open to communicate the room size in advance.

I had a wonderful 4 night experience staying at the Sunbird hotel in Bharatpur. It's located was just outside the gates of Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary (within walking distance). My room was clean and spacious, the service was second to none. The staff went out of their to assist (Mr. Singh), my iPhone charging cable broke during my stay and they lent me one, then the next day I asked them to purchase one for me and it was done no problem. I also needed to go to the market to purchase something and the owner, Mr. Laxman took me on his scooter immediately. I would recommend this hotel!

The property is just 200 metres from the keoldeo bird sanctuary. The rooms are very spacious, clean, with good amenities and service, worth the price they charge. Food was delicious and also the quantity was pretty good. A highly recommended place to stay. I visited with my family of 4 and we enjoyed every bit of the stay. Great hospitality from Mr. Laxman Singh.

I was surprised to see such good reviews about Hotel Sunbird and that's why I booked this hotel but I didn't find anything which support these types of reviews. The rooms were average and food was not at all good. The staff Dharmendra on the first day was good but on the second day he was very rude. Overall not a good staying experience with Hotel Sunbird. I would not recommend this hotel.

Francais Sincerement ? Que ce havre de paix fait du bien... un peu de paradis qui commence des le premier pas dans cet etablissement. L'accueil y est chaleureux, l'impression d'etre attendus. Hotel tres bien tenu, belles chambres, nourriture excellente et genereuse, un personnel qui ne fait que vous satisfaire. A quelques dizaines de metres de l'entree du parc, cet etablissement est vraiment ce qu'on souhaite de mieux, je vous le recommande: vous ne le regretterez pas. English Sincerely? Very well maintained hotel, beautiful rooms, excellent and generous food, a staff that only satisfies you. A few tens of meters from the entrance to the park, this establishment is really what we want the best, I recommend it: you will not regret it.
