Hotel Sunaina international - Hotel in Gaya - Darbhanga, India

Went to Gaya for pind daan (ritual for forefathers). Hotel was booked by a relative. Vey bad: Hygiene, upkeep of room, toilet Good: Location near ghats for pind dan. I was not expecting too much, but was ok given the 4.4 rating of the hotel. Room costed rs 2,700 per night. => Ratings seem heavily doctored. Their highest rating category, hospitality, doesn't exist. Enter the property and the front desk will show you tell tale signs that they don't even know how to talk to customers. Untrained staff. Asked- Please pay full amount in advance. Ok. Let me see the rooms. Went ahead to see the rooms. One of it had a pool of dirty water seeping from below the toilet. The staff claimed that to be spilled water and mopped it off. 5 minutes later dirty water started tricking again. Then they agreed to change the room. The base infrastructure is ok for a 1-2 start hotel. Maintenance is non existent- "no guest told us about this problem" is what you hear multiple times. So what were the problems we reported/ observed? 1. One of the geysers was not working 2. One of the toilet bidets was not working. It needed to be switched on from the tap by the side. It also looked dirty. Disgusting. 3. I already told about the seepage of dirty water from the toilet. 4. None of the ACs had remotes. "We won't keep coming to fix a problem if you press some buttons" is what the manager/ owner said. ... and talk about service. 5. One of the doors knobs did not close from inside. 6. AC and Geyser master switches are outside for hotel staff convenience. But guests have no idea and have to call the staff to figure out. 7. => Bedding is pathetic, worn down, with holes. Not cleaned well and smells. 8. Pillows are yellowed and smell. 10. Blanket were pathetic as well 11. Two glasses were kept inverted on the table. 12 Toilet is Jaguar brand but not cleaned well. Overall the place was run down and was suitable only if people needed a place close to where they will do the rites, or have really low hygiene standards. AVOID IT IF YOU CAN. Should I have taken photos to prove what I said? But it's ok- check it out yourself.

3rd class hotel, not comply guest facilities, no wifi, intercom not working, everytime you have to come down at reception for help. Not providing Towels on next day. Forces to use old towel. Television not working.

I stay in hotel 910/2023 Very good staff and Manager Pankaj Singh behave is very helpful and smooth behave. And Manager management is Very Nice.Thanks Mr. Singh

Geyser not working also TV but they commitment before booking those facility are available and the manager are very arrogant .Road conditions are not good and very narrow space

About Hotel Sunaina international let me inform you that the Property is really lovely, spotless, and new. Buildings are going up on amenities. Property is really lovely, spotless, and new Rooms are airy, and the hallway area is great for family gatherings. Calm and family-friendly hotel. I enjoy the environment; it brightens my day. The meal is excellent and the staff are courteous.

I am very happy to say that I am truly satisfied to stay in this hotel. Bef is so comfortable and the food is just so delicious. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Frankly speaking, was a wonderful experience. I will strongly suggest to come in this hotel.

Very nice, clean and new property. Rooms are spacious and the hall area outside the room on first floor is really good for family gathering. Peaceful and family hotel. Amenities are being build on.
