Very good experience, neat N clean room but room service very bad i order cup of tea but they ignore my order, location also good

The stay hotel was good... Owner was humble, employees too were but they couldn't fulfill my wish....I asked them to arrange a "Chappel" for the use of bathroom purpose I can't go with shoes on in bathroom or naked foot...they assured me we will do something but later didn't pay attention to my query when I asked them again they said it will cost around 800. The other thing is they were switching off the AC without my consent at the main control in the control room.

Worst customer service 1) They offering tourist package and tried to steal oru money. 2) They will charge you extra rupees for mineral water by saying gst and gave us HAND WRITTEN "GST" bill

Hotel was absolutely Good and value for money. The Hotel distance from New Delhi Railway Station is 10 minute walking distance.. Hotel provides very quick room services. and the hotel staff is also very helpful and Polite. 24/7 food service available at hotel and food quality is also awesome. Over all Stay of this hotel was Superb. Quick facility for group of friends like water Bottles, Internet Wi-Fi password and all.
