Good Budget hotel near to the station...Backup electricity support is there...lift is operational...food is Average. Overall I had a nice stay.
Congested. But cooperative, helpful staff. Poor room service, poor quality of food. But if you consider the surroundings, it's OK in its own way. Recommended if one is looking for relatively clean and reasonably passable accommodation near Malda station.
Pros: very close to Malda Town Railway Station. There are all types of stores nearby. Quite cheap stay. Serves food till late night. Cons: dirty bedsheets. Torn blankets. Noise. Overall okayish if you want to stay for a night.
Good place to stay in budget. Rooms condition is good. They have a good restaurant as well.
Last time when I visited about two months back, had suggested them to serve newspaper in the morning. It is good to see that they had accepted my suggestion. It was a surprise when they called me in the morning to know about my choice - bengali or English newspaper. Many thanks

Rooms and location of this hotel is good but the staff are not very friendly and not helpful at all. I stayed there for one night and in my rooms ac was not working and the ac was leaking water, for that reason the whole bed was wet so I informed the staff's but they did not give any response.
