This place shared the exact same venue as Hotel Ivy. I believed the hotel owner operates both hotel brands concurrently at the same venue, just different brands to attract more customers. What's my experience? 1. A few small cockroaches in the room. This is a big no no for me. 2. Hot water is not functioning well. Considering its winter when I visited, this is bad. 3. They initially offered me a room that is small, untidy and looks like it's hastily mopped. The floor is wet when they showed me the room! Unbelievable. 4. Most of the staff, other than the reception manager can't speak or understand English. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Worst experience expensive room staff behavior is not good not suggested

scam: very bad hotel, if you can even call it a hotel. dirty toilet and bathroom, we weren't even sure if the sheets were fresh because we found other people's hair in bed. Regardless of what it costs, you can at least expect a clean toilet. also very rude staff. the phone at the reception is so loud that you can hear up to the 1st floor in the back all night long the phone rings every 5 minutes

Some of the better reviews, easy to recognize,are obviously fake. The owner seems to be messing with hotel names like Ivy and Sun ,addresses and bookings. Maybe the owner should consider to renovate the place and continue doing honest hotel business.

I booked this hotel from Make My Trip after seeing the pictures and its route to airport. After reaching there got to know that hotel's name has been changed and hotel was a complete mess. Pictures posted in make my trip were completely different comparing to what I saw personally.Dirt all around and inside the hotel, building in a complete dark and narrow lane. After all this receptionist alloted a room where AC was not working, room's walls were not painted and also plasters were broken in most of the places, washroom completely dirty as well. Seeing this when I asked the receptionist for a different room he said it's not available. I immediately contacted Make My Trip and then Make My Trip took hotelier in conference call after which hotelier promised to give a better room. I was completely helpless as my payments were done prior at the time of booking only. Then once the call disconnected hotelier provided me a room which had a very small and dirty ac and room was exactly like previous one, completely dirty. After all these horrible experience I took my wife outside of the hotel and went and checked in to another hotel as seeing all this one thing I understood that it's not at all safe to stay there as my wife also heard few things which they were talking about which I cannot write here. Pathetic and a complete horrible experience. Lately I had to cancel my booking for which MMT charged me cancellation fee as well but I thank God for taking me and my wife out of that horrible and dangerous situation. I work in a place where I will ensure that necessary a tions to be taken so that next time someone else don't get into such situations.

Negative Points : 1. Hotel is in narrow road. 2. Rooms are very very small and pictures shown are completely different.(Names are different on different sites for booking I confirmed this with owner. This may be because of negative reviews or something.) 3. Water was not available in bathroom I went to reception then water was made available. Bathroom is too small to fit in. 4. I need to ask for everything like drinking water, towel etc. Postive point: 1. Manager is polite. 2. Breakfast was nice

I have now used this hotel several times. It has always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are large, well aired, clean and appointed to a good standard. It is quiet! So often airport hotels are so noisy with all the comings and goings of people through the night. The marble corridors and staircases seem to create an echo chamber effect. But not here! This hotel is nice and quiet. I had a roadside room, even though it looked onto the busy state highway it was nice and quiet. The usual Indian buffet breakfast is quite adequate. The staff are friendly and it is way cheaper than the hotels at aero city! Read less

I booked a room for 3 nights at this Hotel through booking.com. When I came to the hotel they tried to send me to another hotel nearby, when I disagreed they kept me waiting for half an hour to clean the room even though I arrived at 1. Then they tried charging me more than what I booked the room for. Biggest scammers ever. Avoid this place at all cost.
