We booked 4 rooms for 12 guests , we reached late evening around 9pm, very cooperative staff, clean rooms, good AC, hot water all time Staff was courteous to phone us back after checkout to collect watch which left behind. Also there is restaurant next to hotel. Thank you for your great service Hotel Sun park team !! Only drawback of location is we could not find good restaurants around to try our taste buds
Horrible experience. I would give negative star to the service alone. The rudest and most idiotic staff I have ever seen. During check-in we had to wait at reception for 15-20 mins for the room to be cleaned !! The price is extremely high compared to the facilities and hospitality. Faced lot of niggles during the stay. Once we were back from our visit to local places, we were shocked to see there is no power in the room, staff's response was further annoying. After all this, during the check out the staff stops me asking for the Tips, it was rather a demand, I paid to one servant though he was of no help anytime. I denied to pay the second servant who was very rude through out the stay, That guy started murmuring something in Tamil, probably scolding me :).
We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the room. This hotel location is very near to railway station , by 5 mts walk will reach railway station. Hotel person is very nice and room service also good. they given complementary break fast it was good . All type of foods available in restaurant with affordable price. over all this hotel is value for money.
Good stay for the price. It's a very budget friendly hotel. So don't expect much. But for the price we paid. It was a good hotel. We were family of 5 stayed in one room. We asked for extra bedding. They charge 300 for the extra bedding. Rooms had AC and it was working.
Rooms are neat and decent. Visited nearby hotels before coming here and this hotel is far way better than others in terms of room ambiance and cleanliness. Recommended if you plan to stay for a night and get on with morning schedule the next day.
Absolutely horrible place to stay in. The linen is dirty, bathrooms stink, rooms have stains all over, service is worst then even public toilets. Please do not plan to stay in this hotel unless u wish to ruin your stay for the family. The entire staff is rude, mannerless and absolute thieves. They never give confirmation while booking and once you checkin they charge you over and above the agreed tarriff. Absolutely not recommended, better pay a lil higher and stay at a decent hotel near sunset point.
