Just like a basic lodge . Reached there at 4 .30 a.m due to some business work and had a very average stay
We had a miksdd experience. AC was of low capacity as per size of room (0.5 tonne in lieu of 1.5 tonne), so no sufficient cooling was being done. Toilet was stinking no proper cleaning had done. Service was not satisfactory.
I called before going. They said they had rooms, told me the rates, I said ok, I'll come in 5 minutes. When I entered, they said the place is full.I insisted (I came from far and had unpacked my bike) and they said ok, give me your passport (so they simply lied to me?!). Then made up an excuse saying they couldn't host me without a document stating my permanent address. I provided 2 documents stating my permanent address, they ignored it and asked me to go somewhere else. Worst part of it was not even the lies or the time wasting, but how they handled my passport roughly, closing it with bent pages that now bear a mark. Disrespectful and deceiving, I wish this kind of people very little success.
Neat and clean place. Nice locality. Very helpful and polite staff. Food and other necessities available at doorstep. What else you need in 1000rs. My all Good luck to Sun Palace Hotel.
Great place for stay in malegaon area. Very connective with the important roads and venues in malegaon. Located exactly opposite to the government technical college on main road. Excellent connectivity with the important roads. Lacks in parking facility. If this review helps you please like and share.
Strictly OK hotel..... First they gave us a room without any windows... When we raised the issue... We were given a room without cable TV..... Luckily we were out for work and returned at 3 am... So no need for TV. No parking available..... Not good actually.... But can't complain as can't expect much at that rate
