I visited with my family . The view was great . Food and drinks were so delicious. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Staff was polite and cooperative. In total I liked the hotel a lot . Must visit with your family and friends
Staff was very friendly. Location was also very good around 1km away from Library chowk. Very big parking space is available. View from room was very good. But they need to improve the quality of rooms especially bathrooms it was very average, needs serious improvement. Further, road towards hotel was very steep so you definitely need some vehicle to reach hotel. It's not possible to just walk towards Mall road. I want to especially mention that staff was very good. 5 star to that.
This was the best hotel in mussorie and the most worth it one too
Rooms - Rooms were tidy and luxurious with a beautiful view of the hills. There were two beds, a double bed and a very big single bed.
Service - the staff was very friendly and we were provided very good service, whenever we checked into the hotel we were offered bottles of water which even expensive hotels don't do.
Food - it was good and tasty but could have been better.
Toilet - it was very clean which I did not expect it to be, it had a shower and a western commode too.
Overall i will visit this place every time i will be visiting mussorie.

I love this place , even if you book super delux room in that you will balcony and you can see the beautiful mountains view.

Hotel is just away from the Mall road and coming uphill is little difficulty for the people of my age at 64. But taxi available from Mall road.Only issue was food provided it was so so. I heard about the food but it disappoint me. My bad luck. Mr Gusain was very helpful.

I stayed for 3 days and was travelling solo, it's extremely safe and entire staff is so helpful. It has a beautiful view from balcony and rooms, washrooms are soo neat and clean. Totally worth staying.
