Hotel Sun City - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

My experience in hotel sun City was so good.the rooms was clean and hygienic the smell of the room was very fascinating. Bathroom was also very clean.the staff were friendly and decent in nature. And the food was delicious and tasty. I totally satisfied with their services which were given to me. The price of hotel sun City rooms are available in affordable price the location of hotel is very good you can see the fantastic view of city from hotel top floor. Shoping complex, restaurants ,clubs , historical monuments are walking distance from the hotel This is my experience with the sun City hotel

Very Low quality reception, when you do online booking and after conpletion payment, receptionist modify booking amount and want more money than booking amount. he want to Annoying you. so be aware from this hotel and never book this property.

Nice clean rooms. Best part is hotel is on airport road. Only issue is parking availability otherwise this hotel should be ranked 3 star.

Dear Viewers, I booked online this hotel Sun City, Karolbagh, New Delhi and paid Amount Rs 1,200. My Flight was from Cochin to Delhi arrived at New Delhi (indigo) in the early morning. I reached at Hotel around 5.15pm with Prepaid taxi, the hotel Guy not opened the main door, I told him I have the booking from OYO rooms, he replied that we don't have any rooms vacant if you booked through OYO rooms go and talk to them. I immediately called Oyo customer care and he told me please hold your line I will talk to the property guys. He was calling the hotel because I can here the bells but the hotel Guy not pickup the OYO calls. Finally the Oyo guy told me I will put your cases in our team they will do the refund money. After that I take the taxi and check morethan 6 hotels but the price was asking Rs 2500 and above. Finally I got an accommodation in an hotel Anand hotel they took the first day Rs 2,100 and remaining Two days @ Rs 1,700. Also the taxi driver taken from extra Rs 300.00. All my 3 hours waisted and money losses. After my duty I checked my email that from OYO it's mentioned that we investigated your issues as per the property you already Checked and Checkout from there we are sorry to process the Refund. I called the hotel Sun City Karolbagh the guy telling Oyo not called if they called we will tell you are not Checked the hotel. I am going to complaint to Counsumer Protection cell after once I reached back to Cochin. Thanks & Regards, Sankaran Nair Anil Kumar.

Bad rooms, walls are dirty. Washroom is dirty, shower not working, taps broken. Water leaking from ceiling on right corner of bed.

Good quality rooms, they serves tasty food as per your choice and staff is very helpful, kind and generous.

we were with our children so it's good for families. staffs are very helpful and the hotel is a clean and sanitized place.
