Hotel Summer Hill - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

Best staff. Best service. We stayed in room no.204, in which we found some flush issues in the toilet and AC issue. Otherwise everything else is 5*. You must select this place if you want to be in the mount Abu, but want to stay out of noice. Every tourist place nearby is around 1km away or less than that.

In the name of complimentary breakfast, they give snacks, enough to be given to a ten year old. Hotel staff are rude and adept at cheating customers. To the hotel staff, if you are not capable of providing breakfast, don't do it. Rooms are dirty as well.

Hot water is based on sunlight. Hot water is much needed thing in hill station. Did expected from Oyo flagship hotel. Asked many time for body wash but not provide in 3days. Hotel location is bit inside. Can't find any transportation to reach hotel. No parking so have to keep vehicle outside of hotel.

Oyo, more like Ohno 3 Indian citizens and 1 American citizen walked into this hotel - now the hotel has a 1 star review and we are in an Airbnb... They made no indication that they would not allow foreign nationals in when we booked online. They made no indication that they wouldn't allow foreign nationals when they took our money after making a copy of his American passport. So much for Atithi Devo Bhava. Yet to get my refund (0.7 seconds to swipe card --> 7 days for a refund). Just get an Airbnb.

I got a reply from their owner saying i never stayed at this place i was at your place on 1 st august night and checked out on 2 nd of august. I just wanted share my review about your place I did , you said business rivalry why would I do that , your hotel is not up to that mark that it would start having rivalries and second thing I don't even live there how you can be so senseless then what is the point of rivalry ? This is just another way to cover up my review

Not a comfortable place to stay, it's not a hotel but simply a lodge sort of place at an affordable price. The rooms are pretty simple but aren't attractive at all, hygiene is an issue, you've to go downstairs to the reception for room service, LOL. I wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't a rainy late night hotel hunting that too with a team of 16 people.

If you're not Indian - don't come here. Foreign nationals are not welcome to stay per hotel manager. Accompanied by Indian family and spouse won't cut it for them. If you could give a negative star, this place deserves it.

We have stayed in this hotel during the visit of mount abu. Rooms were good. Room service was also good. Outside food is not allowed here.
