Nice hotel but prices are too much high. Neat and clean. Services are little bit delay. Overall good but not for lower middle class family.

Please don't go with avg reviews. Read majority reviews and think why so many 1 stars. Front desk isn't welcoming. Elevator doesn't work. Ac restaurant isn't AC. Not clean. Disgusting bathroom. Waiter is full of attitude. Took wrong order and blamed customer (me). Charged more (means fraudulent behavior). The food was Ok. Staffs were indifferent to bad. DON't GO and Find next restaurant/hotels along the way. They aren't worthy of doing business.

Taste of food osm. The girls care very much. She served food. And the way of talking so lighly no ego at all.. I request the manager to increase their salary . And give new stylish dress .

One of the worst hotel i have ever visited. If there were options for negetive remarks i would have given it. Even a road side dhaba provides better service than it.

it's a Bad experience about food i will never suggest you guys to eats foods from this hotel. Food quality is very bad. I ordered biryani and birayani are burnt and again they provided the biryani that was also masala wala and not good in taste. I will not suggest you guys to take any food from this restaurant.

Resturant is really very good. , In Jharkhand nearing West Bengal border on NH19 one of the best place for fresh food reasonable pricing. Cleanliness factor will certainly be appreciated by family members. Enough parking good place for family and friends get togather.

Room sizes are quite good but cleanliness is a big issue. Rooms are smelly, the bed and bedding are unclean. Geyser is not functioning. Taps and showers are not maintained. They don't even offer drinking water in the room free. At least one bottle a room should be available free.

The quality of food not good, The members of hotel are not good specially the hotel owner is not well
