I stayed in Room 6, and it was decent and quite spacious. The view from the window is great, everything's spick and span. I loved the traditional courtyard, reminded me of the medieval times. You'll have a treat if you're a dog lover, for there are two white fluffy dogs and a huge tortoise as a bonus! Staff is super helpful and friendly and food is good as well. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

It was great staying here for two days. The stay was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room was not cleaned properly, Bathroom had not hot water facility, Water stopped in during shower, Towel provided were smelly, Cockroach were roaming in bathroom. The only thing positive about stay were it's location, as it's near to pathika & behaviour of staff, as they were gentle & were trying to provide best of their capacity but couldn't coz hotel itself demands renovation. If you are staying solo then it's good to stay but with spouse or family, I think you can look other option in this price.

It is a prime location ofcourse and the staff was good too. Room were nicely clean and also its so peaceful there. The thing the can improve is there are to many hairs of there pet there at the sitting area and also the condition of A/C was not good in the room i visited

During my recent stay at this establishment, I found the rooms to be quite disappointing compared to the enticing images portrayed online. They are in dire need of a major upgrade and do not live up to expectations. My initial room was not even ready upon check-in, necessitating a switch to another room. Unfortunately, the condition of the WC in the bathroom was appalling, covered in unsightly yellow stains that made it reminiscent of a poorly maintained public restroom. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of basic amenities, such as a dust bin and functional wardrobe doors. The absence of hangers further compounded the problem, leaving no suitable place to hang clothing. Even after changing rooms, the new one lacked hangers as well. To my dismay, remnants of the previous occupant's stay were left behind, including soap and a toothbrush in the bathroom. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Moreover, a significant safety hazard was observed--the electric mains were inexplicably installed inside the wardrobe, with exposed wires and no protective covering. This oversight is both alarming and unacceptable. The couch in the room was in such a deplorable state, adorned with numerous stains, that sitting on it became a questionable proposition. Regrettably, the establishment does not offer a proper restaurant facility, limiting guests to just tea. Even basic provisions like bread and butter were unavailable. Despite these significant shortcomings, the staff members deserve commendation for their cordiality and helpfulness. They make valiant efforts to provide excellent service, but their endeavors are hindered by the lackluster amenities available. It's crucial to note that these disappointments were experienced while staying in the highest category room, The City View. Consequently, I strongly advise considering alternative options in the vicinity as there are undoubtedly better choices available.

The place where I can find peace as well as calmness just after entering. Not only ambiance but also the open space of lobby is very soothing. The staff was also ambitious to solve the queries as soon as possible. Must visit the place if you want to calm yourself.

Please dont consider the reviews on the face of it. Stayed here last week. The rooms are no where near to what you see in the pics. The rooms need a major upgrade. First was alloted a room which was not ready. Then changed to another room. The WC in the bathroom was just yuck. Completely full of yellow stains. Felt like a public toilet. There was no dust bin in the room. The ward robe doors were completelt broken and unusable. No hangars in the wardrobe. Infact no place to hang any cloths. Changed the room again. There were no hangars in this room too. The soap and the tooth brush of the previous occupant was still in the bathroom. So really dont know what kind of cleaning is done. A major safety issue. They have the electric mains installed in the wardrobe. Worst is that the mains are not covered and the electric wires are open. The couch in the room is unusable as there are so many stains on the couch that you have second thoughts of sitting over it. They dont have any restaurant. The only thing you get is tea. Even basic things like bread and butter are too not there. The entire saving grace is the staff. They are very cordial and helpful. Amazing service. Will go to lengths to serve you. But they get hampered by the amenities available. And this review is for the highest category room - The City View. So please avoid as there are better options available nearby.

The hotel is so good as well as staff nature is also well. Location is the most beautiful as well as all rooms decorations... wow.....
