Their staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr naseer . He kept the breakfast for us even though already pass the time . Only the room has to be improve a lot , their phone not charged , water very slow and the mattress abit hard . Other than that all okay . Thanks

After completing the challenging KGL trek with my family, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel while heading back to Srinagar. Initially, I was skeptical about its cleanliness, but to my pleasant surprise, it turned out to be immaculate. Moreover, the hotel offered affordable prices, and the food from their restaurant was incredibly tasty. The standout feature, however, was the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Naseer Khawaja. He was attentive and generous, even customizing some of our restaurant orders upon request. Our stay here was truly enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and satisfying experience.
We came here for our honeymoon trip wonderful staff and excellent service. Naseer bhai has look after us very kind and genuine person hospitality top notch.
We had a comfortable stay, rooms are quite spacious but food was average. Otherwise staffs behaviour was very good, specially Naseer Bhai was very helpful. Our overall experience was nice.
Hotel is at a good location main road. Staff is good especially Mr. Naseer who provided excellent service and advise. Rooms are good and spacious. Any issues were promptly resolved. Restaurant at top floor has excellent service and views.
