Hotel Sukhmani - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Did stay here for few hours before moving to our hotel due to odd travel time. location was great, charge was very affordable, room and bathroom were clean. but the service was very poor, be it at reception or room service. had to wait for almost 2 hrs for a cup of tea, because they forgot the order. landline was not working. huge construction noise was coming from their renovation work.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. One best thing is the hotel is near to the railway station. I have seen many reviews for other hotels and then selected this one based on staff behaviour. As all the other reviews said the staff were very polite and friendly. When we go to a new place, there will be high chances we may get scammed. So finding a nice place like this is rare. Rooms are nice but a little bit small. Service is nice but wifi lift everything is paid service. So I gave an overall of 4 star considering all the factors.

This is a budget hotel, if you are going directly the room rent is double, better always to book in prior using the online platform which ever show you cheapest price. The staff were quiet good.rooms are neat, the mattress can be replaced with better quality and wash rooms also can be little more maintained. Power sockets beside the bed can be given.

Absolute garbage. We booked 2AC delux rooms but rooms were horrendous. Very dirty with no minimum amenities like chair,clothes hangers,any wardrobe . Bathroom exhaust is open inside bedroom which makes the room unhygienic and pungent smelling. Bathrooms and bedsheets were not cleaned & inspite of repeated requests they did not pay any heed to it. The manager & his team is extremely arrogant. Guys don't get trapped with their outer decorations. Completely worthless and thirdclass stay.

Good Place, very decent place, well managed, service is very good. Rooms are pretty well maintained. Room Service, House Keeping is very good. Working people are pretty professional and very soft spoken and polite and obliging for guests. Further Location is just 200 mtrs from Paltan Bazar Side of Guwahati Railway Station.

Excellent hotel at an really affordable price. Located at a very convenient location just near railway station. The hotel staffs were courteous and provided amazing services. Both room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Overall a pleasant experience.

Apart from their worst behavior and harsh attitude I get to learn one more different rule about hotels that if in your group there's a female friend then you aren't allowed to go to her room not even for the security checking. Strange. The condition of the room is even worse. I made a mistake and would like to suggest you all don't repeat my mistake. Stay on railway station it's far better

Hotel sukhmani is nearby Guwahati Railway station Paltan Bazar. When you come outside of the railway station it's in the first left side towards Paltan Bazar police station. My experience was good. Free wifi not available. It's chargeable. Delux Rooms are good.
