Hotel Sujal Heritage - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

The room was good but bathroom was very bad. They gave the excuse that they didn't got enough time but water was leaking. There is no maintainence. Taking the option of breakfast is waste. Better to order and eat. Buffet items very less. They didn't even have complimentary water bottle to us during our stay. We asked them for 3 times but still they didn't. We stayed in this hotel for 4 times it was good but now it is bad. I hope that sukakomentari heritage might regain it's maintainence.

Rooms are congested They will provide you only two water bottles of 250ml per day per room complimentary. Our room shared by lots of mosquitos. Hotel staff are very slow to assist you. Bedsheets were not clean. They use to switch off your room AC from their reception area during mid night and in early morning. Bathroom fittings are not in good position, warm water can go suddenly during the bath. Buckets were dirty. Giving one star because their food taste is good otherwise I would give minus one. In total nothing is heritage in this hotel. Not more than a one star hotel. Not a worth for money.

I had a stay here for one night after Dharshan in Shirdi temple. The hotel looks very good from the outside. The receptionist was also very kind. Hospitality was good. I got my luggage delivered to the room. The external looks were awesome and we'll maintained. There were some artificial structures inside the hotel that includes ponds, fish tank, sculptures etc. that were very attractive. Room facility: We got room number 1001. I was not very satisfied with the room facility. I understand it is just a 3 star hotel but I have seen better rooms in 3 star hotels. The rest room size could have been a little bigger. Ventilation in restroom could have been a little better. Water flush was not good in the room. I had to flush more 3 times to completely clean everything. There were lots of water leakage in the restroom. Other facilities include TV inside the room and Wifi facility. They gave me wifi password after asking for it. It didn't work for me. In my room I also had issues with network connectivity as well so internet browsing was not really amusing for me. Other than that there were also some good and commendable things. We had water bottles, soaps and towels in the room which is very good. The room also had television facility. There was an AC available in the room but I think we ordered for Non AC and hence it was not switched on. While we went to have our dinner, we requested for hot water to our room but it was not delivered. Food: We had our dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was good. The first thing that I liked about this restaurant was the fact that Jain options were available. We don't eat Onion, Garlic and Mushrooms. They were able to make items without that. We had a nice meal. For dinner we ordered Corn cheese balls, Sahi paneer and Veg Pulau. The corn cheese balls were awesome and quantity was very good. Two of us had it and we were almost full in the starter itself. Sahi paneer and veg Pulau was not very great but good. We had brunch the next day and ordered Tomato soup, Paneer Tika, Mix Veg sabji and curd rice. The soup was very good. I asked for a Paneer Tika dry but gravy was given but the taste was very good. Curd rice was awesome. We had a good meal. Overall it was a great and pleasant experience to stay here.

I had to arrive for Sai darshan with family and decided on this hotel due to its fabulous reviews and I must say it has turned out to be one of the best experiences by far. The staff are the most courteous, efficient and helpful crew I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Special mention to Mr.Shelke (at the reception) who has been of utmost help and takes customer service to the top notch. The rooms (booked 2 rooms) were very clean with large windows to allow plenty of sunlight. Rooms have great furnishing and bathrooms were spick n span as well. Coming to food, we had food in the in-house "Richal" restaurant. I am not a great fan of vegetarian food but I have to mention this, that the food was very yummy and appetizing at the same time and we were soon raving about it. Needless to say, for our complete duration, we had food in the restaurant itself. With the services offered, and not even one thing to complain of, rest assured, I am going to stay in this hotel for all my future trips to Shirdi. In summation, it's a GREAT place to stay. Keep up the good work!

Hotel was good. Mr. Hitesh was very cooperative. Hotel management was no good. There was a breakfast included in the cost, but in the morning Waiter didn't turned hence I couldn't get the breakfast, as I had to leave by 9. They don't have a backup for cook.

Very nice location. Well maintained, helpful staffs. Awesome restaurant, do taste food here. Rooms are neat and clean. With TV and nice view through window. Complementary Pick up and drop available for Saibaba temple.

Staff are good and friendly. Rooms are discomfort, bathroom is very small. I asked for Complementary shampoo, staff replied shampoo was expired if you applied to your hair you may loose your hairs... Before booking hotel they said free pick up and drop, when I asked for pick up they said silly reason "driver is in leave" however they arranged beside hotels cab to drop me. Breakfast charged me 150 but when I asked for menu they replied idly, Vada, poha, puma. Worst experience.

Hotel room bathroom is too small then we imagine. We booked a A/c room, charged a/c room tariff, but the A/c didn't worked completely. We called for service twice. They also tried but no use. Hot water not available. Only Luke warm water available in winter also.
