Hotel Suhashini Palace - Hotel in Mysuru - default, India

I stayed in this hotel for 16 days because of the Dasara CM Cup 2023. The location is perfect, the housekeeping service is outstanding, and I feel some room services like coffee, water, and food are quite costly. Overall nice and clean hotel all the staff were good. Need to install new smart TVs in the room then it will add more glory.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location with a lot of good restaurants nearby and the fact that it is not very far from Mysore railway station. Did not have a pleasant stay with family. The rooms are not all maintained, bathrooms are really small and also the bathroom doors are all badly damaged due to water. There was a Karnataka bandh on one of the days that we stayed there but the hotel didn't have the basic courtesy to inform us in the morning that there would be no breakfast available due to that. We could have arranged at least for bread had they informed us the previous night. With a child we had to go around Mysore in the car to buy breakfast with no luck. For a such an old hotel this is basic service ethic. This place is all in all like a lodge and not fit to stay during a vacation with family.

Booked room for 8th July to 9th July...When we entered to hotel, very rude behavior from hotel manager. While booking time mentioned 2 adults and 2 kids and paid which ever amount showed. While check-in time manager was demanding extra money, asked why. he was not interested to give proper reply almost waited for nearly 1 hour with my family. Later i have paid extra payment. Very worst service in this hotel not up to this cost.. Don't book in this hotels, it is not worth for half of the amount what they are showing in website. One more thing they never bother about customers, never respond to customers issues. Pls choose some other hotels, strictly avoid this hotel..

We had a comfortable stay here for a very affordable price. The room was neat and spacious. The lobby was well maintained and clean. The bathroom was big and airy. The geyser and AC worked perfectly. The only problem we faced was the absence of power backup. The power went off for 10-15 min twice during the morning and there was no backup. The location is very convenient. It is surrounded by a number of Biriyani restaurants which had very tasty food at affordable rates. The hotel was on the road so transport was easily available.

Totally unprofessional staff, overpriced, Dirty room, If you book delax room they will change it. Before check out time they will pressure to check out. I am advice to all of who are next planning to visit Mysore with family, never should book this hotel

This hotel is pathetic in all senses. Bathroom too small that your foot touches toilet seat during shower. Hand flush is dirty. Flush and Shower has no water pressure. No wash basin in bathroom. Top floor rooms are dripping if it rains. TV has no channels. They tie up with a local veg restaurant for breakfast which is such dirty that you would never want to step in yourself. Complementary food is very limiting and if you take anything extra you need to pay for that. Staff are local goons and misbehaving. They can manhandle and charge for anything during checkout even if you haven't consumed it.

Writing this review after my two days stay in first week of April 2023 Positives : 1. Good and Courteous staff 2.Convenient location 3.Restaurants are available in front of the hotel Negatives : 1. Insufficient and inconvenient parking space 2. I have booked three AC rooms. AC units in the two rooms were not working. One unit was repaired by the AC technician at 10 pm. AC unit in the other room was not functioning whole night. AC units are old / damaged / non functioning / with out proper remote etc. Hence AC rooms are not recommended. 3. Management is irresponsible. I have discussed Air condition issues with front office staff and they informed that the management can only be do anything needful regarding refund / cancellation. The manager was not available and was not attending the call. Hence payment in advance is not recommended.

This is a nice place for family. People right from the reception to house keeping are excellent at service. Manjunath the house keeping supervisor needs a mention as he and his team did an excellent job. Our 3 day stay here was peaceful and merry.
