Look at the color of water coming from tap and bathroom hygiene, they don't have a neat landphone atleast.. It was quiet a torture, even if we paid the cash in advance. Don't ever visit or go there . Ksrtc Or railway station platform will provide you much more comfort than this.

The location is very good, near RP Mall and a movie theatre, auto rickshaws nearby and a movie theatre with an attached indian coffee house. Premium rooms are okay, cheaper ones are not that good especially bathroom, so avoid low priced rooms. Service and security are also good

Horrible. They say it is under renovation but I don't know why rent out rooms for guests. You can get all sorts of bad experiences of your life time. Dusty smelly rooms black colour water from tap everything guaranteed.
It was horrible experience in this hotel. The bathroom tap water was dirty too. I had told them to change the room but they denied. Not worth for money.
Personally, I didn't have a choice apart from taking this room at the hotel. The only reason i took it was for the location as it was close to the venue i was attending on the evening. The cost of the room didn't justify the size or quality of the room. The toilets was outdated, old greasy, and yuck. The bed was even worse with used faded sheets and didn't look like they were clean. The towel provided didn't seem to be washed and looked worn out with a creamish colour than white, so you can imagine. Sorry, this place was not for me.
