Mediocre rooms. Booked a deluxe room which has one hall and room. Only the room has A.C. no dedicated parking, you have to park on the road. Rooms were not clean and could see the soaps used by the previous person still there. Okyish experience and not bad. Restaurant is closed and you have to go outside for food.
Very good place in Kumbakonam near railway station for single and family. Neat and organized. Vegetarian restaurant is in the ground floor itself. Taste can be improved
Very poor service. Dirty toilets, unclean rooms, no response to get it cleaned. Absolute wrong decision in choosing this hotel. Very poor and lack of service to guests. No TV connection - only a tv is available which doesn't work, no remote.
Really I am disappointed with your staff. Not cooperative at all. This is not way to deal with Customer who will not visit you again. Prasanna kumar From Kerala State This hotel cheated me and deducted rs. 500 from my advance payment after cancelling my trip due to non availability of train ticket for my family and cannot reach in the hotel in the same date. For futture my trip to kumbakonam I will never choose this hotel and I will never recommend to any one. The manager of the hotel was very rude and not behaved good. I will complaint to tourism ministry of Tamil Nadu through some sources. It not the matter of rs. 500. I lost the trust.
Its a scam. Avoid going this place. Also washrooms are not clean and half of amenities in room are broken.
I stay here for a few days ago. Rooms are very nice and services is also very excellent.This location is very close to near railway station and bus stand.i am so impressed with everything management and staff members. i highly recommended subra residency is safe place to stay and joyful....
Hotel is located near railway station. walking distance. But there is no restaurants, shops, coffee tea shops, travel auto ,car nearby. Rooms are neat and clean. rest rooms are very clean. Bed and pillows has to be cleaned more.Tv and Ac working. not that much i have used room services. hot water is available all the time. reception guy is very friendly and flexible, helpful. Totally nice exp.
