Nice place to stay with family, safe, calm inside. They don't have restaurant but you can order food they will arrange person to get it with very limited menu. Hot water available 24/7. Rooms are very spacious with king size bed along with sofas and table. Linens are clean, they provide toiletries. Front office person available 24/7. It's old building, could have maintained little more. The bathrooms are big and non slippery floor.
Rooms are good. Corridors are excellent with Granite floors. Air Conditioner cooling is okay, but it's operating with heavy noise. Unhealthy to sleep. Central Air conditioner may be introduced. Fan is smooth and excellent. Bathroom ceiling Paints require rework. Walls require dusting and needs immediate cleaning. Tea / Coffee arrangements may be introduced inside rooms through Electrical Kettles and Ingredients. Parking is tight, as it's in town.
The rooms were good, spacious and well maintained. Ample parking space available and the location of the hotel was good as well. We didn't avail any service during our stay but from my friend I heard that they ordered tea and were served late. Overall a good staying experience.
Worst service and room is not worth for money. AC will work but no proper functioning remote they will say to adjust. Damaged bedspread, TV same as AC issue, no proper remote you need to call them minimum twice for everything.
Rooms are good. I booked the room over phone and reached there. They told that morning breakfast is included with the booking. But when reached they told the breakfast is supplied from out side in a parcel around 8.00 - 8.30 am either idly or two dosa or poori masal or Pongal (any one). I asked for dosa after half an hour they told dosa will be delayed so I opted for idlis. It was pathetic.
It's a clean good hotel....lacks certain amenities for the pricing. Like kettles, glasses hair dryers etc...but considering the remoteness of location of the town...it's a good bet to stay....
