Hotel Subam - Hotel in Palani - Dindigul, India

Location is very close to the temple, Breakfast served is Ok, it needs improvement. Rooms are Good, but the bed is full of bed bugs, by the time we checked in the evening, balcony was wide open and the room is full of flies and mosquitoes....You get hot water from 5 to 9 am. Ample car parking space is available

Location is very good, as its very nearby the temple. However, I have booked room in this hotel earlier that's why I choose this one. I can say, it was decent earlier. I have booked tripple dulex ax room. Cupboards were not able to open. Even food was not good.

Pros Location close to temple Cons Smelly washrooms, rude staff. We checked in little late and requested for some time allowance to checkout. Most hotels oblige if they have avl rooms. Hotel subam they are rude and we had to pay for one full day rent for couple of hours. They give grace time only till 12:30. Except for location adv this hotel is let down

Will never book a room again... Cons Not at all customer friendly Rooms are not good and over priced They charged Rs1900 for single NON AC conjusted room for 3 person. Staffs are not good. Wash room is not good. Pros Very close to Palani temple, no other pros.

It is a good hotel but not worth the price at all. The attached restaurant didn't have many options and the food wasn't great. There is no WiFi in the rooms. We were asked to pay the full fee and asked to check-in only after that. The complementary water bottles weren't enough.

I booked it through cleartrip. The photos shown in the website was great. However, in actuality rooms are dirty, old unhygienic and unappealing. It seems that pipes in the bathrooms were cleaned ages ago. Paint is peeling off from walls due to old age. Curtains are dusty. The saving grace is that food served in the restaurant attached to hotel was great and priced low. Outside view of the hotel is great and it is the nearest hotel to the entrance of the temple.

A few years back I stayed at this Hotel, but now there is no maintenance. Hot water comes only in the morning. No cleaning either in the room and bathroom. They only change pillow cover, bed spread&, no cleaning of the room. Bed sheet not provided. Electrical fittings damaged and damaged. Not eligible for even a single star. I think management not interested in keeping things well. Very bad experience. The only positive thing about this property is that it is located at the foot hills of the temple.

The main highlight is the location of the hotel. it was located very near to Palani mala entrance steps. walkable distance from here. The other main things are parking and restaurants available here. But coming to rooms and service. I am not satisfied. The rooms and bathrooms are not that much clean. there is no kettles or tea/coffee powders are not available in room.
