Hotel Studio Estique - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Had an excellent stay at Hotel Studio Estique in Pune. The staff was incredibly helpful, making my experience hassle-free. From prompt assistance to their welcoming attitude, the guest service here is top-notch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is also a very convenient location suitable flll fir all the commute.

The rooms are good well maintained and hygienic. Legit everything bout the hotel was on point and I had a great time but the only problem is the service the receptionist was really rude when i said that my bus has been delayed and thas why i would have to extend my check out time. Well moreover when I called them yesterday they said that the hourly room costed 1.5 k and taxes which when I came here turned into 2.5k dunno how I wish I had the call recording to show the receptionist cause he did notttttt belive me. Whatever it is I would not recommend this to other people just because of the service the hotel really needs to look into it.

Studio Estique is situated very near to the Pune Railway Station. The staff is very courteous. The check in and the check out process is also very smooth. The breakfast also has some delectable items. You can also get transportation here to go to nearby places such as Pimpri Chinchwad and Hinjewadi. A very delightful experience.

Rooms are very well designed. Even if they are small, they have all the amenities. Their 9am-6pm daytime checkout options are very affordable. We checked-in at 6am with a relatively affordable *extra* charge. Washrooms are well thought out. The staff was helpful. FOOD! Food is amazing. We had vegetable spring rolls and it was absolutely delicious. The Biryani and coffee was also on point.

It is a 3 star hotel but need more rating.We get superb experiance from here.Well structured and disciplined service..recommended one..

First I'll review staff behaviour and later Room review, so it'll be long to read.STAFF BEHAVIOUR: I directly went to hotel traveling from Mumbai. When i entered the hotel, there was no greeting by the staff named A. Shaikh who was sitting at the reception, then i was asked to wait for 20 minutes as there were few guests checking out and Mr. Shaikh was too damn slow. Later when he asked me what was my work there, i told him i had a booking then he gave me a designer room key and asked me to go the room without providing any directions/assistance. When i entered the room, room looked clean but was small as compared to the size mentioned, later i checked the bathroom which was pathetic, there was no shower section, just a bath tub and that too was dirty and damaged in the middle, which looked disgusting to me. So I went again to Mr. Shaikh asking him if i can any other room where there is proper bathroom, he told me and i quote "Sir You booked and you need variety in the room, it's not the policy of my hotel, if you would have booked directly with us, walk-in mode, i would have shown you various types of rooms in the designer category " and his tone was so rude as if i had booked the hotel for free , later i told Mr. Shaikh that before booking, i contacted the hotel to ask about the designer room aminities and i wad told/informed that every designer category room had bath cubicle and bath tub both and i can early check-in after 12, then i showed him my call log and later Mr Shaikh told me to wait till 2pm as the check-in time is 2pm then i said that i was told by reception on call that i can check-in after 12, later he called someone and handed me another room key (he pretended to be the manager but I don't think so he actually is as he was pathetic and worst receptionist I've ever met in any of the hotel) I'll request hotel studio estique to fire that man to preserve your hotel prestige. Other staffs like the one who cleans and maintain the hotel were good, they talked nicely and politely unlike Mr. Shaikh.ROOM REVIEW: Later the second room i was given was just mind blowing, amazing. When i entered the room there was beautiful fragrance in the room which calmed me down immediately. Later i checked the bed, it was very comfortable and fantastic. Room cleanliness was Amazing. Linens were very clean. Bathroom, Bath tub was very clean, just the bathroom floor looked unclean, un-mopped but bathroom was big and beautiful. Hot water was working properly. Bathtub's Tap was leaking which should be fixed by hotel. Electric kettle was there, coffee ingredients were kept ready. Fridge was there, but no electricity so it was a dummy. Tables, shelf were clean but looked somewhat old but it can be neglected. One thing to note that each room had central AC installed so there's no control over temperature, just there was switch to control the AC's fan. Ceiling Fan isn't available in the hotel. Room temperature was good for me but for the person who need chilled room, idk what would be the way to sort it. Overall room experience was fantastic and mind blowing.I would have rated 5 star but Mr Shaikh treated me too rudely and talked to me in a very disrespectful manner which is not appreciated. I hope that next time while i visit the hotel, Mr Shaikh shouldn't attend me. (I'm not sure if i would due to Mr. A. Shaikh). BREAKFAST REVIEW: I ordered Kanda poha and pancakes (as waffles weren't available), it tasted delicious and portion was great too.

Simply No. It was my worst hotel experience by far. Booked a room with bathtub but there was no hot water to fill it. Had to complain to the front desk around 20 times as there was no maintenance whatsoever. They said you won't get more than 2 water bottles daily which was just 1 ltr drinking water for the day. In short it was a horrible stay to say the least. Rather pay more and get lesser somewhere else than to struggle throughout the stay.

Food: Breakfast served between 730 and 10am. Whatever time you go, the food was not warm. Basic stuff as a buffet, no live counter. Coffee is made to order. Just basic breakfast - don't expect an array of food. Stay : Rooms are neat but small. When I checked in there was no toiletries nor towels. You need to call front desk to get anything. And you will have to call multiple times to get anything. Not easy. Location: This is the only good thing about it. It's in bund garden and at the Center of the city with close proximity to railway station and close to a lot of happening places. Service : Is slow. At the restaurant it's good.
