It is a choice for one day stay; if we want a memorable stay, don't go for it. The only reason my friends and I chose this hotel is for its fantastic Balcony view, and it is near the bus stand and the market. Cleanliness was so poor. You could get a better choice for the same price.
Guys, it's not for family members, and one night stay is ok if you have more than one day. Don't try this hotel
The rooms are okay. I don't think the bedsheets and blankets are regularly washed. You get a balcony though, the view from which is pretty good. Rooms service is decent. And you get hot water only at a particular time in the morning within which is the only time you'd be happy to shower or any such things. And it is actually funny having to run the tap over two buckets out and wait till we get the hot water. I'd rate it decent for the cost they charge you.

Worst rooms. High cost. Beds are very very poor and damaged. Simply waste. Don't trust any tour packages. They are big gang with chain link. Go separate with separate cabs outside the bus stop.
Balcony view is good and water only mrng 7 to 9 and no service and drinking hot water is not available
Worst. Don't choose this.. very bad service. Water tabs not working. Hot water not available. Rooms not clean. Very bad experience. For refreshment (4hr) they charged 1.5k+

I found this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Entrance welcome us by calm and pleasure feel. Hotel rooms are well cleaned and 24 hours hot water provisions. Room boy are very quick and active person.

While we were on route to the property, we were disappointed on the fact that this place was 20km away from Kodaikanal Town. But when we reached there we realised we might not even go to Kodaikanal since the property in itself is very very beautiful.

Great place to stay, was with my family for my father's birthday. Wonderful hospitality by the owners and staff. Clean large bedrooms and view from the garden is a must. Glad we booked this stay as it was very close to the town yet secluded. Must try
