Rooms are ok but don't expect much service internally. The concierge if you can call him that is a bit rude. Common area floor was sticky. There is no in house food options. No tea kettles as well. Road leading to the place is still under construction. Definitely not an executive or International hotel.
I don't understand 4.8 rating for this hotel, not at all suited for family. We were on trip to Coimbatore and halted here for night, had disgusting night with heavy metal sound from fan, rattling sound above sealing, hot water comes after ages for 5 min only, location is also surrounded by PGs Never recommended
Room is ok but without any basic amenities so better go with all your basic requirements from dental kit to water bottles. This is just 30% of what all is mentioned in goibibo about the rooms

Best hotel to stay in Bengaluru. The location is very near to the Airport and many other places like Shopping malls, Hospitals and good restaurants. In addition to this, the staff is very polite and courteous. I think they have been trained very well to handle their customers for a pleasant and happy stay.
