The room was spacious and well maintained. The only initial hitch was the luggage of another guest was in my room when I first entered . But upon information they immediately cleared which was accidentally placed . The facilities are good and has kept their standards uniformly across their various properties. The food was excellent , not like the usual star category food . Combination of spicy and no spicy curries . Good buffet dinner . I enjoyed my stay

I strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Delhi. The staff is good and the reception uncle is good. The rooms and bathrooms are good. The bathroom got hot water which is really important and also got a dryer which was unexpected. They also got a variety of food options, the food service is also fast. The location is beside the main road, it is near the centre so it is easy to find transportation. The railway station is also close. Good if you are travelling with family. They have rooms for 4/5 people as well. There are many hotels nearby but I recommend this hotel as the vibe and environment is good.

The cleanliness of the room was ok. But no value for money. Laundry charges are as high as 3- 4 star hotels. Chose wise as you have many decent options in that line..

Decent stay for single pers, 1500-2000 rs per day charges which is not too much as per location and room. Hardly 200mtr from new Delhi railway station. Out side food is also allowed.

The hotel was very neat and clean Price is very affordable. 1200+GST AC with TV double bedroom. I am fully satisfied with the facilities in the room. This hotel is not tied up with OYO. So directly come and book. Rest room has Hair drier You can order food from themselves also but It is very costly They didn't provide water. The one advantage of this hotel is you will be told to see the room and then choose if u want or not.

Very horrible and poor service Firstly we booked 4 deluxe room for 8 adults (all senior persons) all are travelled around 17 hrs from Manali to delhi and after reaching Hotel they denied to give room by saying we booked and then canceled as well all rooms are occupied. After long discussion around 1 and half hr at 11 pm they agreed about our booking and gives normal room by saying only this rooms are available. At night 11 pm for all seniors there is no any other option by chekin in normal rooms. We booked and pay for deluxe room and hotel gives us normal room Very disappointed and disrespectful with all senior persons

Good hotel for stay near the New Delhi Railway station which is connected to all parts of India... interested tourist can book their busses for daily travel program for which the busses plying in front of this place...

The rooms were ok ok, but the staffs and owner in this hotel are so cheap and gold digger kind of people. Last night I stayed in this hotel with the price they asked for but the rooms were not worth the price. Food was ok. I am from Karnataka since I visited Delhi wanted to see taj Mahal too so I booked a cab from these hotel people only. In the beginning they said one price after reaching Taj Mahal he started demanding more and more. And he was arguing was arguing with me what I should do as part of my visit. So disgusting people and that owner was scolding the driver you should take some particular money from us. And they had promised us to show all around Agra and Vrindavan but since we decided to come back he dint even charge little instead took more than he spoke for. Very bad experience as part of other state. This kind of behaviour will deminish the name of Delhi and nothing else.
