Great location, small but great and well maintained rooms, warm staff. Parking under the bridge is a bother though, our car was covered in dust after we parked there overnight on instructions of the reception staff.

I really like this hotel, the rest room was amazing and comfortable. The infrastructure was perfect ,the way customer need. Also the taste of food was like as home food it was delicious. The behavior of staff was really good ,manager has the proper way of conversation with the client. All over I enjoyed the Comfortability at this hotel
The food was Awful and absolutely horrendous, the service is the absolute worst, they couldn't understand a single request, nor do they have the conscience to ask again just to stay on the same page.
The hotel is very near to bus stand as well as railway station of Surat (walking distance). The rooms are very clean including washrooms. Double room is Rs1000 and triple room(double bed and one additional single bed) is Rs1800. 4person can stay in triple room. The checkout time is at 12 noon. Foods in their list is less and also cheap in price except tea. I'm only dissatisfied with the timing they deliver the food, we need to call them twice. If we don't know the place and we have to visit some places near by if we inform them, they will arrange the autos for us which comparatively cheap. There are many textile shops(market) near by where we can purchase dress in cheap price as wholesale.
Space of room is too small for 3 persons other wise service is good

This hotel is situated on 5th floor of a shopping complex. I stayed for a night, liked my room and cleanliness at hotel. Very good restaurants and eating shops are available at same building so no need to worry.
