The rooms are very clean and nice.The service is very good. And the behavior of all the staff is very simple and nice.
Overall not bad . This hotel can be better described as a luxury lodge Due to it's standard. Hot Status is around 1 km from railway station so not a walkable distance if you have luggage. Rooms are clean and tidy. Room service is average and Staff is satisfactory be could be better. My stay was comfortable without any hassle and would recommend Solo travellers for this Hotel. The atmosphere is clam even being near to Burdi market . Easy to locate but a few more amminites would grade it to the standard of a good hotel. Good for short stay Cheers!!!

Worst place I have stayed ever. Staff is clueless, doesn't have running hot water. Forget about running hot water, I didn't get hot water at all.
When we reached, room was cleaned, but not set up completely. Towels were less, no hand towel, no soap.
When inquired about morning Tea/Coffee, was told it will be available by 8 am. But no one was available to make coffee it seems.
When asked for extra towels, the staff showed problematic attitude.
Wouldn't recommend it at all.
The Hotel location is fine but cleanliness not upto mark of especially of internal rooms where there were lot of stains on commode bathroom & internal walls of rooms & bathroom toilet. Further, also would like to suggest, that hotel management should make arrangements of clean drinking water, instead of forcefully selling packaged drinking water, which is also of some very local company & charges of MNC. Anyways it was good in terms of location but cleanliness was not optimum & property was not maintained

The hotel needs some renovation, especially bathrooms. Hot water provided in a bucket. Staff is OK, nothing special. Availed Tea coffee, but not sure about breakfast.
Maybe ok for a solo traveler, if this is the only one available in the budget.
