I visited with family & booked 03 rooms but I feel the worst & horrible hotel in Mugalsarai. No cleanness, No room service, No bathroom fitting arrangement, AC was not working. The door lock was not in working conditions The room was smelling. Managers are lier & cheaters They send a false photo & promise better service but there is no communication after check-in. Even the manager stops receiving the call. AC was not working in any room. You can't get a hangar for hanging the daily clothes.

Worst hotel ever visited , with stains on blanket and bed sheets. Bathroom have worms rooming around and never cleaned it in years and many ants and cockroch around the bed

room was good, staff was courteous and friendly. however hotel is located in narrow lane.even three wheeler struggle to reach hotel. there is no provision of lift. i am senior citizen aged 70 years and was allotted room on second floor.hotel is certainly not recommended for senior citizens and person with ailment . though tv was in room, but was non functional. also name of hotel is station view, which is misleading. neither station is visible from the hotel nor hotel is visible from station.

Service is horrible, no room service, you need to call up the manager a hundred times for a service, there is also no fooding need to arrenge your own. No escalator available. Washrooms fittings broken. Door nob broken. No curtain in the window Not recommended...

nice This hotel is very good for couples and the staff here is very good, there is only one drawback, the room is not cleaned properly, the bed is very hard. and thanks for reception manager for drinking water thanks
