Best place to stay. We have spent a night here. Clean room and neat bathrooms. Cozy bed. Exceptional room service. I must appreciate staffs and manager. Private and secure parking facility is also available. In addition, they have provided coffee and water bottle(when we check in and also at check out) as complimentary. Though not included in plan. Thums up. You will not regret if you stay at place. Hot water 24 hrs. Overall comfortable stay.

We have stayed for like 1 and a half day and I would say this hotel is such a gem if you are looking for a neat and clean hotel room at a budget friendly price. The staffs were so polite and responsive and the owner is a good person he even discounted some price from the original amount and I don't think any other hotel would do this. This is the best hotel I have visited so far in India. Before the trip, the owner gave a lot of advice about visiting Rameswaram via WhatsApp. We checked in after midnight and the administration said that we could check out 24 hours later, and not on the same day as in other hotels. When we entered the hotel building, I was surprised how clean and modern it was, beautiful design. The room was very cozy, with new modern furniture, clean. The same goes for the bath. Cockroach balls and aromatic sachets were laid out in the bathroom. They also gave us 2 bottles of water and a hygiene kit: comb, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, aromatic talcum powder and coconut oil. There was also AC. There were some dark stains on the pillowcase, but this was forgivable and I always take my own pillowcase with me. The location is convenient - there is a supermarket nearby and incoming tourist buses stop a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop and train station are 20 minutes walk away. This hotel and service are definitely worth the money and I would really like the administration to also carefully monitor the cleanliness and service in the future.

Excellent experience at the residency. Manager and Reception staffs then Room service was very nice and made every effort to help me get around. Highly recommend the place and worth of money.

The property is brand new and hotel management is extremely accommodative. The hotel staff are very responsive too. Rooms are squeaky clean and bathroom had new fittings. The personalised service provided by the staff as well as approachable attitude of management make this a go to place for family accommodation. It's also very close to Railway station and Bheemas vegetarian cafe - still a short car / auto ride away

Pleasant stay at Starwin Residency. Helpful front desk staffs, compact rooms.. We had booked this place on a busy weekend.. after a hard try. Thanks to the reception staff who kept his words in blocking the required rooms for us despite huge demand. Near by to railway station is an added advantage. One difficulty we faced was, the bathroom drain was little slow. Management can work on this to avoid complaints.

The hotel is new and rooms are clean. The facilities are awesome and stay was pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The staff and owner are helpful. They even tried to help with cab. Great experience.
