I wish, i had given it zero stars, I had the horrible experience, I booked a hotel through Oyo, hotel they denied my booking saying they accept cash only coz Oyo no longer paying them so any prepaid booking won't be accepted. Upon contacting Oyo they shifted me to this HOTEL, owner is horrible as well the most stupidest oversmart guy. He denied my booking also. And he said. All the Oyo hotels in indore we all owners have decided to not accept any prepaid booking. I saw in his phone, my booking was paid 1300 rs/- it was raining so i had no option left. And then that guy said i have to pay extra and he will allow hourly rates also and can accept any one more with me into the rooms. Totally pathetic and not legal. I had to pay 600rs to this guy. He said everyone comes and pays 600rs. Also he was playing double game. He approved checked in in Oyo app. So he can get paid from both sides. I called Oyo for the money back. They put me and owner both on the line to find out who is lying, and then owner said I'm not sure we have new guy who checks in the guests. So I assumed that he checked in. Totally pathetic. Please don't book this hotel ever. And if u booked it, then contact the owner and ask him about cash or prepaid. He won't allow u. So don't waste your time on this greedy hotel. Rooms were also bad. Go at ur own risk. (I copy pasted this review coz they have 2 business listing. I want people to know the truth.)

Terrible stay mmt sent me voucher for paying 1447 but the receptionist has taken 1500 /-. Other thing cleaning of room and bathroom is not good. Room service is also bad .
Location and staff was very low.. they denied me room despite my booking was confirmed. And shamelessly guide me an another near by oyo.
