Hotel Star - Restaurant in Kalipahari, Neemrana - Alwar, India

We had a great four nights at this hotel located .I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted with some of the best customer service. Not only did our host upgrade our room but he also provided some incredible food recommendations! I will definitely. stay here again!

We stayed in hotel on 17th Jan 2019 and found that Behaviour of hotel manager (reception counter) with customers was rudely. he didn't know how to behave with customers. house keeping was very poor. In rooms toilets was very dirty and Almiraha having heap of dust and waste polythene.in bathroom geyser was not working.when we ask to manager about this he reply that they have shortage to manpower. We ask to manager for provide us complaint and suggestion register but don't provide us. Finally we decide to never visit again this hotel.

This is very cool place ...there manegment is also helpful...we can stay there..we can find all the facilities...like aircondisner rooms .. Looby...clean washrooms...after looking all the things I founded that is very nyc place...which is the best thing I founded that it is situated near national Highway..

It is one of the few places serving non-veg food. That is the only plus point when it comes to this places. Food is mediocre and ambience is a little shaddy.

Affordable and tasty dishes... Quiet place and cooperative staff... But cards are not accepted

Rooms are not bad. Room service was good. Food was also good. But staff was rude.
