Average experience compared to other 3 star hotels. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Room service dining experience is good and quick. Staff seems not much active, had to followup multiple times. No valet and covered parking. Far from the temple area.

Hotel was good, but not the service, as the room that we stayed had bathroom jetspray not working, we told them to fix it while we went on our day tour but it was not fixed even after returning. The restaurant below was good with free breakfast (that came along with the stay) as they provided good variety, but for lunch time when we ordered, the food took hours to reach table. It's better to go out and have food.

Very good place to stay with family. Neat and clean rooms with courteous staff. Want to mention and thank Mr. Ruban, who made me and my family's stay absolutely memorable. Compared to the other hotels, this hotel is right near to the bus stand and 5 mins away from the hustle and bustle. The food was good and the staff behavior is a definite plus for anyone.

Overall it was a fine experience staying at this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food taste was good. However, breakfast buffet did not have many options. Also, they did not serve a la carte food during dinner which was surprising. However, one could order room service.

This hotel is really bad. They charge a lot for food, but it's not good at all. They don't bring food to your room, and the lights keep going off and on. It seems like they care more about making money than making customers happy. Plus, there's no handwash in the bathroom. Don't stay here!

A good hotel just outside the crowded Rameswaram town. Right on the highway, very easy to locate. Has ample parking space. Hotel security will help you to get auto or taxi. One small complaint would be the lack of South Indian items in the restaurant, they give more preference to North Indian dishes.

Pathetic service. There were no towels in the room when we checked in and were requested to wait till 6 PM in the evening to get the towels. We were given only one towel after requesting for it multiple times at 10 PM in the night. However, the towel handed over to us was not clean and torn. Neither the folks at the reception nor the hotel manager had any answers to it. Not only this, but we were also denied other service requests during our stay. The building and the rooms are great. However, the service is poor. Not worth the price you pay for the service.
