Worst Room I had ever seen. Insects are round whole room and even you can't sleep during whole time... If you have any female members then I request you to cancel it if you have booked it because paid girls services are there.. No security in the entire hotel.. Females are not secured here.. Receptionist are even don't cooperative, very rude behavior... Again I told you please don't go if you have family (female).. You know What I'm trying to say.. Very bad environment.. Family are not secure there

Worst hotel I have ever visited in Delhi. They charged me 1200Rs per day for two days. But the rooms are not that much worth to spend on. No connections to the TV and landline. No controls to the AC. They switch on and off the Air conditioning at regular intervals at the reception. If we need the AC we need to go and inform at the reception as we don't even get an intercom service in the room. Though we inform them not to turn off the AC, they still switch it off. Finally after my 1 day of the stay I thought of checking it out and go to someother hotel. I have paid them 2000Rs While checking in, thinking that I can stay here, but couldn't bear this worst service and decided to move out. But the reception guy said he will charge 1650Rs with taxes for the first day of my stay. I argued with him as he said 1200Rs only per day, but the management was too rude. I thought that I would get a refund of 800Rs From my 2000Rs as 1200Rs Would be the rent for the 1st day of stay. But to my surprise he said as you are moving out suddenly we will charge you 1650rs and some additional taxes and will refund you 200Rs only as I am checking out in midst of my mentioned stay, I was in a shock. I argued a lot but couldn't get my money back, and decided to stay here despite of all the difficulties I am having as I am not getting my money back from the hotel and didn't have enough money to invest in some other hotel because I have been travelling since 10 days now and I am running out of the budget. Hell of an experience here. Please skip this hotel. There are many other good hotels in the same street such as Hotel Maharani, Hotel Emporio DX, Hotel Blue pearl etc.. I have personally visited these and these are good in ambience and worth the price. They charge around 1200Rs in average. Please do check them. Thank you.

The most worst hotel of delhi. I don't want to advise any one to have an experience here. Better go for any other hotel bt not this hotel. The staffs are very rude and non professional. The rooms are not suitable for human beings. No room service nor any arrangement is available. So don't waste ur money here. The photo of basin that i have provided here is of 15 cm of diameter seems to be toy of children.

Even animals can't stay there rooms are disgusting and not only staff their mangers are also purely unprofessional.
