Very Poor Facility. Geyser not working. Blankets not hygienic. No way of talking of staff(very rude). Not Recommended at all.
I really appreciate the hospitality of this Hotel. Our hotel was booked via MakeMyTrip, but was canceled by OYO. The hotel team was really helpful, specially Robert. They also arranged a drop in the different hotel arranged by MMT. Really appreciate the kindness and support by the hotel stuffs. Thank you Hotel Star Inn. Definitely will stay in your hotel, next time.
The guest house is good for a short and budget stay . The rooms are comfortable for stay. It was good. Don't expect exceptional room service as they won't offer you that. It is just a guest house. Though they offer a hotel menu which you can order and get it delivered in your room . Rest the rooms are adequate for two or may be three people. There are split ACs and LCDs so not a major problem. Highly recommended for budget stays.
Bad washrooms, they were very unclean when given to me, especially the WC in restroom had been last used very badly which was given as it is without cleaning and sanitising, restroom hand shower not working too, AC doesn't work properly , some switch boards are not working all in all one pf the worst rooms ever used by me
Very nice place but they charged more money then booking they said below 1000 not to allow for bookings.
They are fraud, denied chek in from oyo but next day it's showing cheked out and oyo refused to refund
-5 is rating for this hotel...Pics shown in Oyo app are fake...Worst ever experience of hotel...I am frequent traveller to jalandhar but this was pathetic....Oyo charged 800+ but the room provided to me should not be above 300.....Washroom was not cleaned ...Basin ....Water heater....Room...No toilet paper...No intercom ....
