They are most overcharging, they take a huge amount of commission if you ask for site seeing,they take 8km/litre,Rs. 600 for mobil and 1000 as hire charge in addition with overtime charges, where the actual car owner give you only 12km/litre and hire charge 750/- The service is not good and staffs are not properly trained. Never book this hotel or car from reception, when I talked at reception they said it is its policy to take more commission from the visitors.

Good budget hotel with neat and clean rooms. Well behaved staff,co operative too. Visited the second time. Will definitely repeat

We have stayed 3 days here. Food was good but little bit costly. Room is specious and well maintained. Room service was good. But owner is too professional and behavior was not friendly. That might be improved.

It was a good stay..very nice & tidy rooms..very clean..but the cost of food was a bit high. Though the food was very tastey.

I booked a room and they charged 1500 for a single small room, but they have not provided Soap for bathroom, Towel, and water bottle. Never book this, when I talked at reception they said it is its policy.

This is the worst hotel in terms of manager and staff behavior in this hotel. I asked to boil the water to feed the baby but they said no very badly. I said we will pay as much as the gas to boil the water, then we were told that we do not have a small oven. But when I asked them for four cups of tea, they were able to fix it but did not boil the water for my child. They took a fine of 400 rupees from us because our baby soiled a bed sheet a little bit. Moreover, they were angry with us because we did not take lunch or dinner from them. But one of the reasons for not taking lunch or dinner from here is that the price of every item I saw on the menu is very high. They could not provide any separate room for my driver and took thousand rupees from us to provide the driver's room. There is no helping attitude among any of the staff at work here. But every room here was good except one room.

Very nice hotel- clean and clear. Home service and food quality will get 10/10. Near to Ranchi jn.

4.5/5, We stayed 1 night here, they all were very good at behaving people. Loved the food here. Less spicy, less oily. Room service was available till 10pm. Yes, little Galli road to hotel, 4-5car parking available inside hotel, own kitchen. Good, budgetary. 1500-2000 per night. I loved the balcony concept of some rooms.. the washroom could be more developed..
