Over all Excellent I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel SSENSSE located in Rohini, North West Delhi, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this establishment. Service: One of the standout features of this hotel is its exceptional service. The staff at Hotel SSENSSE go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming us with the welcome drinks. Throughout my stay, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire hotel team. Overall, my stay at Hotel SSENSSE in Rohini was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of a prime location, outstanding service, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable experience. Worst place and bad bathroom. Conjusted, ac dont work. Most important the staff ruined my bicycle while im on Kashmir to Kanyakumari expedition on bicycle. I parked it in their garage and by morning tyre is deflated, gear tuning is distributed and parking stand is bent. Worst place , will never recommend. Wasted my day in search of cycle repair shop to fix itn

Hotel was good but definitely not well maintained, my room's door lock was defective. I changed to other room where the toilet shower was not working.

Hello everyone cheers for Hotel Ssensse. It was awesome stay for 3 days. I booked this hotel from Agoda and it was reasonable price. The staff is so cooperative. First of all I want to thanks to the owner of the hotel because when I reached hotel the room was not ready because previous guest does not check out at time so for the time they allot me other room which used for staff meeting. The front desk officer he promise me that 6:00 pm he will allot me the room. At exactly 6:00 pm he come to me and help me to get my stuff to other room. He was very friendly and apologies for inconvenience. After that I face some issue with the bed so instent resolution was give and allotted me other room. Room service was also awesome. Just a call they are at your door step. Cleaning service 10 out of 10. They also have a dining as restaurant name phulka . My favourite was Chinese plater. Good thing is they allow you to order food from outside. No restriction. Hotel was clean and the area is quiet and good location. Family hotel. If you are planning to stay in Rohini please try this hotel. No welcome drink , no toileteries, one towel only , if breakfast included then u will get only one option to choose from Paratha , sandwich or bread toast ... Staff is helpful and cooperative Delux room and suite rooms are same in everything except room size ,. Very small bathroom Overall good stay in such rates if u want to stay outside delhi means near rithala

dont book this hotel at all..here i tell you the reasons. hotel staff is not well mannered. they even dont know that how to talk with the coustmers. service is very poor. i have ordered one towel from reception. they are giving me used dirty towel in two pieces. food quality was poor. rooms are so small even two persons cant live together. this hotel is for bang bang purposes only for couples who booked hotel for 1 or 2 hours not for families. i called reception for the towel in next morning. first they didn't picked up my phone when they picked up. i requested them for the towel. they said that we are sleeping right now call us later. i told them it is my meeting in another hotel & i have to rush there urgently. they said we cant do anything sorry. location is very poor. no even a single grocery shop is there near by the hotel. this is my worst experience i have booked this hotel. Dont book otherwise you will also harassed.
