My experience with SS grand was worst. Actually my booking done with SS GRAND for my ring ceremony in sapphire hall. after winding up everything we are arranging our gift with the help of hotel staff.one by one hotel staff took my gift from my room and put It into the car but one of the hotel staff found stolen the bride's watch which is gifted by the groom's family. SO BE VERY CAREFUL AT THAT TIME OF BOOKING CAUSE AFTER THIS INCIDENT WE HEARED LOTS OF STOLEN CASES IN THIS HOTEL

Worst hotel I went on 1 oct here I booked hotel room for 3 hours 6 pm to 9 pm via goibibo I paid via Paytm and I got booking I'd / / But when I reached here with my family / / / they did not allow me to enter / / They told me they do not belive in online bookings / / ibobo is a fraud / / / /

It was a very lovely experience in Hotel Ss Grand. The Rooms were well furnished and good space.The Staff was very polite and humble specially Mr.Manoj Mishra GM of the hotel was very kind and friendly nature it was an experience like "Home Away From Home". Will definately gonna visit again with my family.

We recently organised the wedding anniversary here and the experience was superbbb. Mr.Manoj Mishra and his team were amazingly supportive . Don't book hotels when marriage season are there....you will not get good food service
