Very good service in total. Special mention on Ms Renu, who took care of total hospitality. Nice rooms and amenities. They have a restaurant, but out side food is also allowed. Breakfast buffet was nice, but need little more improvement in comparison with the price. Nice location, away from city traffic. Only negative part is the rude and unhealthy behaviour of the Bar Staff..... so one star less.

I stayed there in the last week of May 2023, Below are my observations 1) You will pay for an AC room but you will stay in a Non AC Room - ACs are old and don't work here. 2) They will say that room service is available but then they will deny any food and will force you to come to the restaurant. 3) They have a policy to not serve cold mineral water. They only serve normal mineral water inspite of AC not working 4) Will force you to pay money at the facility inspite of showing that full amount was paid on APP 5) Hot water is available only for 2 hours during the day 6) They switch off the Hotel Banner lights from evening to morning making it difficult for you to locate 7) Half of the amenities mentioned here are not present at the hotel. Its a scam I hope they take this review in a positive way improve.
Decent hotel to stay. The service is average. The bhavani mess attached to it is good. The rooms are not that great but okay for 1-2 days of stay.
Food quality is good and price is average as compared to all restaurants and hotel. But the ambience is not as great as we expect.
Been here on the party hall on top of this. The Hall is 50-100 people occupancy. Only buffet meal can be arranged. The hall was too much to handle as the party I went had more than 150+ guests, which made tough to handle. Restaurant food was arranged and quite decent menu was offered. Can recommend for small family gatherings of max 100 ppl.
