unhygienic hotel i have ever visited , i went to this hotel as HIMT Student , i room full of smoke a smell never recommended for family's, Dont pay in advance i have paid 7000Rupees for two days in advance ,i have stayed only one day when i check out they dint give my remaining money 3500 rupees, Location1.0 Worst staff behave where bad with guests ,.

Lot of maintenance needed. Food is good tasty. But other amenities are poor. The hand wash doesn't flow into the pipe. It just scatters all around your feet. This is a minor and immediately fixable. But they don't. In a function, there was no plate drop dustbin. Food plates were scattered all around giving bad impression. These people don't seem to mind that also.

This the worst hotel i have ever visited in my life, i am not form Tamilnadu they behave very bad with me , i went with family they have given me room full of smoke and alcohol smell never recommended for family's, please never pay in advance i have paid 5000Rupees for two days in advance ,i have stayed only one day when i check out they dint give my remaining money 2500 rupees, i have requested them for more than a week they speck with me in Tamil which i dint understand , still they dint pay my money i came back to my hometown with bad experience, never ever book this hotel This hotel is not for family's and students, this is for alcoholic addict and smokers, bad room full of dust and water leaking from every where.

I really feel very bad and not hygiene serving food serving don't a good manner they speak very rude manager is very worst I like only security very much is a very good manner standing outside of the hotel good person

Simply wasted restaurant. Service is poor due to language barrier. Employees were outsourced from north. Employees are rough n tough. No politeness.

Boarded this hotel on (22/04/2023) AC is not working from morning, we informed to the front desk and they couldn't fix the issue. We have three kids and it's sweating a lot. Sekar who is the incharge tried his best to fix the AC issue but even after multiple visit by mechanic they couldn't fix. I think management is not giving proper support to the employees. If they need regular customers they should do some alternative during this kind of situation. Very worst management.

We booked the hall for engagement function, and they gave us tough time in managing our event by not providing the services properly. 1. The receptionist was not available the entire time who was incharge to help us with the sound system, directions, parking and catering. 2. Backdrop decorator of the party hall started their work only 1 hour before the event and asked us to wait which led to the delay of beginning the function. 3. The lift is very small and anyone who takes stairs will end up with locked gate to party hall. The only way to enter the hall is through the lift. 4. No soaps/ hand wash provided in restrooms and hand wash area. 5. Buffet caterer was refilling the food after a very long wait time each time.
